If you have booked an exhibition space then you will need to find an exhibition stand hire company to design and construct your stand.
We are a full service exhibition company that has been providing exhibitors with cost effective exhibition stand hire since 1997.
We have designed and custom built large and small stands in exhibition venues and conference centres all over the UK and Europe.
How does it work
Whether you are a regular exhibitor or exhibiting for the first time we will look after you through the entire process.
Our expert project managers and design and build team will take your enquiry, discuss your needs and then produce a first draft design and quotation for your approval. All necessary changes are made free of charge with no fuss and with no obligation on your part.
Let’s proceed
Our exhibition stand design & build quotation will obviously tempt you to proceed. At this point we will raise a deposit invoice and will, upon receipt of payment, set the wheels in motion.
We will provide a detailed plan and graphics layout so that the artwork can be prepared prior to printing the graphics.
Planning for success
Our project coordinators will prepare and submit the ”Plans & RAMS” ( drawings, risk assessments and method statements) to the organisers for approval, keeping you “in the loop” at each stage.
Our project coordinators will check each detail no matter how small to ensure the project runs perfectly. They will also liaise with you to find out your arrival time so everything will be ready you.
Our hire services and hire offers cover everything from large and small pop up stands, portable displays, exhibition systems and hire furniture to display at your trade show or corporate event.
In-house production
In addition to our dedicated stand designers and project managers, we also have our own in-house production facilities and stand build team.
Skilled carpenters will take your design and turn it into reality, preparing the standard hire items and custom build any unique items needed to create your stand.
Once production of the stand is complete, our team will prepare it ready for loading and will then deliver it to the venue using one or more of our own vehicles.
Install and dismantle
Our team of stand builders will unload and set-up your stand ready for your arrival.
Upon your arrival they will show around your stand.
This time includes setting up of any audio visual kit ensuring your media plays and checking that all doors lock and that everything is clean ready for the event.
After the show, our stand builders will return to site to dismantle the stand and transport it back to our workshop and will restock the hire items.
Reusability
Just because you hired your stand that does not mean it cannot be re-used.
Whilst many of the components are supplied on a hire basis, there will often be unique items that can be used again.
Re-using items from your stand on future events will often save a considerable amount of money, even with the cost of storage taken into account.
Our quotation will always clearly show the items that are supplied on hire and that are unique to you and have been purchased.
If you are planning on a large number of events then exhibition hire may not be for you. If this is the case we will work with you and design a stand that can be re-used for many events.
